Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the community, including team leadership, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing strategy, and owner communication. Qualifications
  • 1+ year of multifamily property management experience required
  • Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Experience using Yardi property management software strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-service driven with a positive and professional leadership style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
