JOB DESCRIPTION

All of our Area Coaches, Training Managers, as well as Area Supervisors have grown through the ranks as we pride ourselves in developing our people and growing within!


Basic Duties:

• Ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous service, and ensures time goals are met. Always leads by setting the example for the employee.


• Assembles products according to specification charts. Serves only the highest quality products to the customer. Ensures all quality standards are met throughout the life cycle of each product.


• Accurately completes daily and weekly paperwork, ensures accurate inventories and ordering, develops a well thought out schedule and game plan for others to follow.


• Hires and trains team members to meet the staffing guidelines including recruitment, selection, orientation, and training.


• Increases profits by increasing sales and monitoring controllable costs.


• Creates and maintains an environment that results in motivation, high productivity, and retention of team members.


• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.

Qualifications:

• One year of relevant experience

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

• 18 years of age and able to work a varying schedule.

• Dependable, hardworking and has the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
