This role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting subscription billing and revenue automation processes across the organization. Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, usage, invoicing, taxation, and payment workflows.

Work closely with Finance, RevOps, and Engineering teams to optimize the SaaS subscription lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in billing, revenue recognition, and reporting.

Build and maintain workflows, notifications, custom fields, and data mappings as needed for Zuora functionality.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
