Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Jr. Contract Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This entry-level role focuses on Salesforce administration, invoicing support, and sales process coordination, with exposure to contract management processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with systems and data. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build expertise in CRM systems, billing operations, and sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Data Management

Maintain and update data within Salesforce, including accounts, opportunities, contracts, and billing records.

Support Salesforce users by troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring data accuracy.

Assist in generating reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

Help maintain system hygiene, data integrity, and process documentation.

Invoicing & Billing Support

Assist with invoice creation and validation to ensure accuracy and alignment with sales agreements.

Partner with Finance to track invoice status, payments, and discrepancies.

Support resolution of billing issues by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and customers.

Maintain records of invoices and billing activities for reporting and audit purposes.

Sales Operations Support

Provide administrative and operational support to Sales teams to help move deals forward.

Assist with order processing, deal tracking, and basic quote validation.

Support the quote-to-cash process, ensuring accurate data flow between systems.

Help document and improve internal sales processes and workflows.

Contract Coordination (Entry-Level Exposure)

Support the contract process by tracking agreements and maintaining records in Salesforce or CLM tools.

Assist with preparing standard templates (e.g., NDAs, order forms) for review.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are properly stored and executed.

Escalate non-standard terms or risks to senior team members.

Qualifications

0 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Finance Operations, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required), including data entry, reporting, or admin support.

Experience with invoicing, billing, or financial operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working with data and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Attributes
