Job description

We're looking for a highly creative, social-first content creator to join the team of a fast-growing country music artist. This person will be responsible for capturing the and creating compelling content that deepens fan connection across all social platforms.ย 

This role goes beyond posting content-you'll be responsible for documenting the artist's life, building a passionate fan community, and creating the moments that fans share, save, and talk about. You'll travel on tour, capture everything from sold-out shows to behind-the-scenes moments, and help shape the artist's digital presence as their career continues to grow.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Capture & Production
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content daily, including live performances, backstage moments, travel, rehearsals, studio sessions, and day-in-the-life content.
  • Shoot Nashville-based content days and other planned creative productions.
  • Edit short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Capture authentic, in-the-moment content while maintaining a consistent visual style that reflects the artist's brand.
  • Organize and manage media assets for quick turnarounds and long-term content needs.
Social Media Management
  • Publish content in real time across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that drives fan engagement, community growth, and music discovery.
  • Write captions that authentically reflect the artist's voice.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and identify opportunities to create culturally relevant content.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance.
Creative Direction & Brand Development
  • Collaborate closely with the artist and management team to build a cohesive digital identity.
  • Identify viral moments and creative opportunities while on tour and during releases.
  • Help shape how fans experience the artist, their music, and their live show across digital platforms.
  • Brainstorm and execute recurring social series and content formats.
Tour Integration
  • Travel with the artist throughout tour dates and promotional appearances.
  • Work closely with the tour manager and crew to ensure seamless content capture.
  • Be comfortable working flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and travel days.
Logistics
  • Full-time or contract (depending on candidate)
