Job description

Join a Global Leader in Luxury Logistics

About Worldnet International

At Worldnet International, we deliver more than shipments — we deliver precision, reliability, and trust. As a global logistics partner to some of the most recognized names in fashion, entertainment, technology, and retail, we specialize in managing high-priority, time-sensitive shipments that demand the utmost attention to detail.

For over 25 years, our clients have relied on us to make the impossible possible — and now, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us expand our impact across the West Coast.

The Opportunity

Based in California (Los Angeles preferred), you’ll play a key role in building strategic client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Worldnet’s commercial presence across industries where speed, service, and precision matter most.

This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to represent a brand trusted by global icons, where every client interaction is an opportunity to elevate service standards and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target verticals

  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term client relationships with key industry players

  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to shape growth plans

  • Track and report on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasting metrics

What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Client Relations, with a track record of success in B2B environments

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion, technology, or entertainment sectors

  • Strong ability to build strategic partnerships and navigate complex client ecosystems

  • Logistics experience preferred, but not required — a deep understanding of client needs and service excellence is key

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning as part of a team

What We Offer

At Worldnet, we invest in people who take ownership and deliver excellence. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage

  • The chance to partner with iconic global brands and work at the intersection of logistics and luxury

Location: California (Los Angeles preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

Ready to make an impact?
