Data Manager
Work Location: Huntsville, Alabama
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)
Relocation: Negotiable
IronMountain Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified Data Manager supporting Foreign Military Sales and the International Apache Product Office (IAPO) within the Apache Attack Helicopter Project Management Office (AAH-PMO) based in the Huntsville, AL area. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills with experience in Database Management software. This position will work closely with other engineers, pilots, technicians, government contracting agencies, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
  • Support PM Apache as Data Manager in reviewing and assisting with generating Statements of Work, (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Document Summary Lists (DSLs), and all other pre-contract award materials.
  • Review contract deliverables to verify compliance with requirements, as defined in the contract, DD Form 1423, and the Data Item Description (DID). This includes working with the vendor to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review and ensure outgoing USG CDRL disposition letters are accurate and complete.
  • Review and process technical review taskers.
  • Work with Technical Leads, engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure deliverables are properly reviewed and adjudicated.

Qualifications Required:
  • A Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of data management experience is required.
  • A thorough knowledge of generating DD Form 1423s and DSLs, to include an understanding of DIDs and Distribution Statements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in configuration management, technical editing, and automated workflow processing is a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and multitasker

Security Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
