Job description

Responsibilities
Arcfield is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our U.S. Navy customer, Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), in Washington, DC.
In this position, you will support the Nation's most reliable deterrent while assisting the W93/Mk7 Program Team in the planning, coordination, and execution of weapon system development activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Navy SSP, NNSA, national laboratories, contractors, and engineering teams supporting development of the W93/Mk7 Weapon System.
This position works daily from Arcfield's Maritime Plaza Office Suites in Washington, DC (across the street from the Washington Navy Yard). It is within sight of the Nation's Capital and accessible via public transportation. Up to 20% travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Arcfield's W93/Mk7 Program Team in providing program management and technical coordination support to Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SP28).
• Collaborate with Navy SSP, NNSA, National Laboratories, contractors, and external stakeholders in support of W93/Mk7 program execution and weapons development activities.
• Coordinate Integrated Product Team (IPT), Working Group, Task Team, and leadership meetings including agenda development, meeting facilitation support, meeting summaries, and action item management.
• Develop, maintain, and track action items, decisions, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments to support program execution.
• Assist in the development of executive briefings, technical presentations, white papers, schedules, reports, and other program documentation.
• Analyze program schedules, milestones, and deliverables in support of program performance and execution.
• Support major program reviews, technical reviews, and milestone activities through preparation of meeting materials and coordination of stakeholder actions.
• Interface regularly with Navy SSP personnel, NNSA representatives, National Laboratories, contractors, and engineering organizations to facilitate communication and coordination.
• Translate technical discussions into concise meeting products, status reports, and actionable program information for leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of Arcfield Maritime Plaza operations and customer mission requirements.
Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret clearance.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 6-8 years or a PhD with 3-5 years' of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Possess excellent organizational, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Have experience coordinating meetings, managing action items, tracking deliverables, and maintaining program documentation.
  • Have experience supporting technical teams, program offices, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), or Working Groups.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across diverse stakeholder organizations.
  • Have experience developing executive-level briefings, meeting summaries, and program status products.
  • Are experienced in establishing and maintaining professional relationships while collaborating across government, contractor, and technical organizations.

It would be even better if you:
  • Have experience supporting Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
  • Have experience supporting NNSA, NNSA Design Agencies, Production Agencies, or the Nuclear Security Enterprise.
  • Have experience supporting weapon systems, missile systems, strategic deterrence programs, or other complex defense acquisition programs.
  • Have experience supporting program reviews, milestone activities, or technical governance boards.
  • Have familiarity with systems engineering processes, requirements management, or technical baseline management.
  • Have experience working in classified environments supporting national security missions.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
