As a Project Manager, youโ€™ll lead projects from early strategy through design and construction โ€” guiding teams, partnering with clients, and ensuring successful delivery. Youโ€™ll play a key role in shaping solutions that have lasting community impact.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects (stormwater, flood mitigation, stream restoration, watershed planning)
  • Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationships
  • Develop scopes, budgets, and project schedules
  • Manage project performance to ensure delivery on time and on budget
  • Oversee hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality analyses
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Water Resources, Wastewater, and Potable Water
  • Lead QA/QC processes and uphold design and quality standards
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations
  • Mentor and guide engineers and project staff

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • ~10+ years of experience in water resources or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Strong project management experience (scope, budget, schedule)
  • Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Background in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and master planning preferred
