A Cleaner World seeks a motivated individual to join our Manager Trainee Program. Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will learn how to provide top-notch customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Gain hands-on experience in tackling operational challenges, optimizing processes, and finding innovative solutions to everyday problems.
  • Leadership Development: Work closely with our experienced team members to develop leadership qualities that will enable you to lead and inspire your team in the future.
  • Supervision: Learn the fundamentals of team supervision, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  • Health Insurance paid by employer.
  • Once promoted to Store Manager total compensation includes monthly bonus potential.
