 The Practice Manager is responsible for the successful daily operations and supervision of staff at the assigned onsite employee health clinic. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring an excellent environment and exceptional experience is provided to each patient we serve. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company focused on finding innovative ways to exceed the expectations of our patients and customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•    Responsible for the day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinic and all its employees. Ensure staff is working productively and professionally.
•    Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines.
•    Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient feedback and leads the process of resolving complaints and service.
•    Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as necessary.
•    Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, EMR management and supply management.
•    Responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
•    Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers and train new team members.
•    Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well maintained.
•    Communicate effectively and immediately to management regarding site and staff issues, including escalating staff patient or facility issues.
•    Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews, feedback and disciplinary action.
•    Assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
•    Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
•    Proficient in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc).
•    Ability or willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
•    Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills. 
•    Must possess a strong sense of professionalism
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
•    Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. 
•    Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing 
•    Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions 
•    Ability to concentrate, think, and learn 
•    Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Highschool degree or equivalent required, Associates degree in related field preferred
Two years of medical office experience
Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling
Willing to travel between multiple sites
BLS Certified
Active LPN or RN License preferred
At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office, outpatient setting preferred.
