EPS Company is seeking a highly skilled Client Systems Support professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IT systems at Shaw Air Force Base. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations and compliance with DoD and AFCENT standards. Requirements Qualifications: Security+ Certification Required U.S. Citizenship & Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required Experience in IT system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Knowledge of DoD/AFCENT standards and cybersecurity policies Proficiency in Help Desk operations and IT asset management Strong communication and documentation skills Key Responsibilities: • Provide prioritized service restoration as per the Escalation Matrix. • Instruct users on system operations and report unauthorized hardware/software changes. • Manage Help Desk tickets, ensuring proper documentation of all actions. • Support inspections, audits, and comply with Information Assurance standards. • Maintain equipment accountability, track hardware lifecycle, and ensure proper disposal per regulations. • Liaise with CST shop for iPhone management and provide knowledge transfer for office continuity. • Maintain warehouse facilities and transport hardware as required. • Develop and submit Client Systems Support Monthly Status Reports.
