โ€ข Manage systems engineering coordination, local service execution, and operational handoffs between support, infrastructure, security, and business site leaders.
How We'll Measure Success
โ€ข Stable and consistent service execution across U.S. offices, with clear ownership, disciplined escalation handling, and improved responsiveness.
โ€ข Operational processes for incident, change, problem, procurement, onboarding, offboarding, and asset recovery that are timely, repeatable, and well-controlled.
โ€ข Improved reporting accuracy and visibility across metrics, SLAs, ticket hygiene, license position, asset status, and service delivery trends.
โ€ข Practical improvements in automation, staffing alignment, vendor performance, and cost control informed by day-to-day operating data.
Success here isn't about checking boxes - it's about propelling Kinective's mission to lead the way to intelligent banking. You must bring excellence to your craft, balance resourcefulness with respect, share and celebrate unique expertise and diverse perspectives, and continuously raise the bar as we innovate and grow.
