Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, has an excellent opportunity for a Systems Support Specialist III in the MA-NH-RI marketplace remote and onsite. As a Systems Support Specialist, you will enjoy making a positive impact on the business and our customers through troubleshooting complex technical problems related to networks, connectivity, systems, and applications.

Your core focus as Field Service Technician will be to provide remote and on-site repair of system problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. 

What You'll Do

  • Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
  • Perform confirmation tests as directed. 
  • Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Interface heavily with customer IT personnel. 

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in a combination of the following areas; networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity, and related software.
  • Knowledgeable in the hardware and software industry.
  • Comfortable with installation and upgrades to network systems/equipment.
  • Prior experience with multifunctional devices is required. Applicable Network certifications are preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and must be able to travel to sites periodically.
     

Earn Well

  • Hourly Range: $24.00 to $30.00, depending on experience.
