Using a simple app, our members can book donations and track earnings from the palm of their hand. In using a tech-forward approach, we're able to offer each member a highly personable and best-in-class experience that's consistent at each and every visit.
Our vision is to introduce an elevated plasma donation experience to markets with smaller populations that's grounded in convenience. This model allows us to positively impact the industry supply chain and help patients gain access to the life changing medication they need.
We have grown from 2 to 33+ operations in ~3 years and are looking for new team members to help us scale to 50 centers. We are searching for individuals who share in our passion for helping others and are invigorated by the speed at which our start-up moves. What You'll Do
As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring quality compliance across multiple facilities. Serving as the primary point of contact between Center Leadership and Corporate departments, you will facilitate seamless communication and alignment between the two.
  • Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue.
  • Constantly iterate and re-engineer our existing processes. With our rapid growth we need individuals who can continuously evolve our processes and systems to meet larger needs.
  • Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies, ensuring facilities maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify areas for center level or corporate level improvement. As an end to end problem solver, you will take issues diagnosis to solution.
  • Prepare centers for audits and assist the Center Leadership Team (CLT) and corporate departments in audit preparation, inspection and audit response actions representing company to regulatory agencies and inspectors.
  • Guide and advise on employee-related issues, promoting fairness, and adherence to HR policies while cultivating center leadership through strategic development initiatives.
  • Ensure facility maintenance meets the highest safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans and on-site visits and assessments.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Who You Are
  • You live at the intersection of strategy and execution. You are able to understand the business from 30,000 feet and know when to nose dive into the weeds to impact outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments in a complex matrixed organization and experience working in a regulated environment.
  • A data led individual, your first reaction is to delve into the numbers as a source of truth.
  • Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, find solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring deficiencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives.
  • A natural leader, you have experience and success in managing teams of varying competencies, supporting them to reach progressively larger goals
  • Comfortable dealing with a degree of ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions to problems.
  • Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time.
