Job Function Summary

  • Joining the high-performing Strategy team means having significant organizational impact through development of break-through growth strategies and solving our most critical commercial challenges to help the business reach its potential
  • Working in Strategy is a "contact sport" with high visibility to senior leadership and collaboration with many different people all over North America and globally. We measure ourselves on the positive impact we have on the people and the businesses we work closely with
  • People typically work in Strategy for a couple of years - enhancing their commercial understanding significantly before stepping into a next level role


Major Areas of Accountability

  • Lead commercial & strategic projects across the Coloplast Chronic Care North America BAs from strategy development to operational implementation and tracking
  • Support multi-year and annual strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment across teams in US, Canada and Coloplast's global headquarters
  • Lead/Support project management office (PMO) to track and assess strategy implementation progress
  • Drive key business insights through market analyses and research to steer the business toward biggest opportunities
  • Deliver board, investor, and country presentations
  • Act as trusted senior advisor and thought partner to our North American management team on select projects and tasks
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices across departments in the organization
  • Mentor and support the development of teammates within the strategy team

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience from either top tier management consulting, strategy/corporate development, or equivalent role
  • Strong analytical mind and ability to structure complex challenges
  • Strong project management skills - managing complex strategic and operational projects as well as managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid financial and general business acumen
  • Exceptional skill in building clear and compelling presentations (PPT)
  • Leadership ambitions and potential
  • MBA is preferred
  • IT skills required: Super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $112,00 - $169,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
