JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Technology Lead-SITECORE

Work Location: Northfield, IL/Springfield, MA

Duration: FullTime(Permanent)


Job Description:

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Sitecore CMS.


Preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Content Management, with Strong technical hands on knowledge of CMS systems including best practices and features.

Understanding of the CMS (IT) industry and understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies.

Experience / Knowledge in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites.

Experience in content migration projects.

Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY, Responsive Web Design.

Solid programming knowledge of the following databases (MS SQL Server and Oracle) and knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server.

At least 4 years' hands on project experience in Sitecore CMS development projects.

Data Infrastructure, Content Items, Presentation - specifically Web Controls, Placeholder framework, Rules framework, Binding content and presentation, Workflow engine, Platform administration and tuning, 

At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least 4years of experience in Design and architecture review.

At least 4years of experience in software development life cycle. 

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
