The Opportunity:
Booz Allen's Enterprise Digital Experience team manages the company's digital presence, including all external and internal-facing digital marketing and communication channels. We sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, experience design, data analytics, and leading-edge technology, supporting the company's mission of "empowering people to change the world" through exceptional digital experiences.
We are seeking an experienced digital producer to build and maintain exceptional digital experiences for our audiences. This person will ensure digital experiences are built to brand standards and maintain best practices within our content management system (CMS) and other platforms across our marketing technology stack. In this role, you will work directly with digital strategists, marketers, key internal stakeholders, designers, and web developers to triage and execute requests in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role means applying a high level of quality control across all digital platforms and ensuring that production tasks are managed in a timely manner.

This role is responsible for building, publishing, and optimizing high-quality digital experiences from marketing pages to lightweight, data-driven web applications.
You'll partner closely with strategists, designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into polished digital products. This role requires both precision in execution and the technical fluency to troubleshoot issues, enhance user experience, and extend beyond templated CMS work when needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience publishing digital communications in a fast-paced digital operations environment
  • Experience applying UX design principles and best practices
  • Experience with enterprise content management systems such as AEM or Sitecore, Acquia, and Bloomreach
  • Experience in both the creative and technical aspects of building web pages and marketing emails
  • Experience using enterprise work management or project management systems, including Workfront, or content publishing calendars
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting, and managing workload, prioritization, task management, and cross-discipline communications
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working in a professional services company or the B2B/B2G industry
  • Experience with scripting tools and languages or building data-driven web applications
  • Experience with QA and troubleshooting HTML files using Litmus, EmailOnAcid, or similar inbox rendering tools
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
  • Web Design or UX Certification
