What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Manager Scrum Master, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Manager Scrum Master, you need a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and team leadership, often supported by a bachelor’s degree and Scrum Master certification (such as CSM or PSM).
