Typically Scrum Masters at this level work with two or more teams at a time, under broad supervision and little instruction. Scrum Master operates within defined frameworks, Truist AI standards while guiding consistent adoption of Agile practices.
A focused team leader supporting delivery effectiveness for teams or defined components of an initiative. Enables Agile teams to realize value by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, leveraging AI- embedded insights to assess performance metrics, escalating risks and coaching on Agile processes within established Agile and workflow optimization standards and the Truist SDLC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, approved AI-enabled tools and delivery insights to support team effectiveness, identify delivery trends, and improve workflow transparency while adhering to enterprise AI standards to ensure that Scrum Team deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Guides teams in the application of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts in alignment with established Agile standards
  • Promotes adherence to Truist AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI standards within team delivery activities
  • Facilitate team ceremonies and supports effective team collaboration and execution.
  • Navigate the organization to identify risks or delivery concerns, escalate issues as appropriate and remove impediments on behalf of the team. Interprets and advises on appropriate use of the Truist SDLC within the context of Scrum team delivery
  • Partners with teams to promote continuousimprovement andencourage effective use of AI-enabled capabilities in delivery practiceswhere appropriate.
  • Reviewdelivery metrics and AI-generated insights, validatingrecommendationsand applying professional judgement to support informed decision making.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile delivery or related roles.
