What Youll Be Doing

Are you results-focused and love to help others? Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? Youll service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers. Focused on achieving revenue quotas, youll identify and qualify prospects, overcome objections, and address concerns through a consultative approach. Youll be the subject matter expert on all solutions and product offerings.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Perform internet-based market research to locate sales insights on targeted companies that can be used in introductory conversations regarding new potential customers
  • Lead qualification feeding your sales team with well-qualified leads and powerful insight so they are well equipped to convert
  • Creating an accurate database matching the profiled potential clients
  • Schedule meetings with sales executives and consultants
  • Collaborate with assigned sales executives and consultants to ensure understanding of strategy and goals to maximize opportunities and sales activity
  • Ongoing analysis of results in terms of achieving the objectives set

What You Bring to the Role

  • Sales experience and/or business to business (B2B) sales experience
  • Verbal proficiency in both English minimum B2 level) and Russian (native speakers or near, C1 + level)
  • Develop relationships with clients over the phone
  • Strong client-oriented mindset, courage to explore customers needs and objections using exceptional communication abilities
  • Open to self-improvement and appreciate training opportunities to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of competitor vertical and industry trends
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
