Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to oversee client projects from initiation through completion. This role works closely with clients, field technicians, leadership, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and can confidently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination or project management experience who enjoys working in technology, retail, hospitality, construction, telecom, or low-voltage environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of project execution including planning, prioritization, scheduling, scope management, and project tracking
  • Coordinate with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and profitability
  • Identify risks, document issues, and escalate concerns to leadership when appropriate
  • Facilitate project meetings and conference calls, including distributing agendas and meeting notes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including process, functional, and technical records
  • Manage project changes while ensuring objectives and deadlines remain on track
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables using project management tools
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Effectively allocate and manage internal and external resources to support project success

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
  • 1–5 years of Project Management or related experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client-facing and customer service abilities
  • Ability to identify risks and proactively develop solutions
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Telecom, Low Voltage Data Cabling, or basic networking strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting Retail, Hospitality, or Restaurant environments is a strong plus
  • Retail, Hospitality, or Restaurant Industry Experience: Preferred
