Product Manager, FAS Digital & Analytics

FAS Digital & Analytics is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of Vanguard's advisor experience. Our team builds and evolves a suite of advisor-facing digital products used by financial professionals to analyze portfolios, evaluate investment strategies, manage risk, and make better client decisions.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products including Portfolio Analytics, Risk Analytics, Bond Ladder, Fund Comparison, Expert Insights, and other emerging advisor capabilities. You'll work at the intersection of financial technology, analytics, user experience, and business strategy, partnering with advisors, researchers, engineers, designers, analysts, and business leaders to deliver solutions that create measurable value for both our clients and Vanguard.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how advisors interact with data, insights, and analytics across Vanguard's digital ecosystem while helping define the next generation of portfolio construction and decision-support tools.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a passion for data, collaboration, and continuous innovation.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders around a vision, and leading cross-functional teams from discovery through execution. Experience with analytics products, financial services, wealth management, advisor technology, or decision-support tools is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for advisor-facing digital and analytics products.

  • Partner with financial advisors, client-facing teams, researchers, and business stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and uncover opportunities for innovation.

  • Lead product discovery efforts, translating customer problems and market opportunities into actionable product strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, analytics, and data teams to deliver high-quality experiences that drive adoption and business outcomes.

  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and investments based on customer value, strategic alignment, and measurable impact.

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance and guide decision-making.

  • Drive the evolution of portfolio analytics, risk analytics, investment research, and advisor workflow experiences.

  • Build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a clear product vision.

  • Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to partners and leadership.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and customer-centered product development.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Help shape products used by thousands of financial professionals.

  • Work on highly visible initiatives at the intersection of investing, analytics, AI, and digital experiences.

  • Influence the future of how advisors analyze portfolios, assess risk, and serve their clients.

  • Collaborate with a talented team of product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, and analytics experts.

  • Play a key role in Vanguard's mission to give advisors and clients the best chance for investment success.
