About this role:

Wells Fargo seeks a Risk Analytics Consultant to support critical reporting, controls, audit, and technology initiatives within the Independent Price Verification (IPV) Center of Excellence


In this role, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow tools supporting Independent Price Verification (IPV) reporting, controls, and management information.
  • Produce and validate daily, monthly, and ad hoc IPV reporting packages, ensuring data quality, completeness, and audit readiness for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Execute and support key IPV control activities, including documentation, monitoring, issue resolution, access governance, and control validation.
  • Partner with product leads, technology teams, audit, COSO, and other control partners to support governance activities, regulatory and audit requests, and reporting enhancements.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decision-making.
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, process improvement, and the enhancement of reporting and control frameworks across Capital Markets products, including Fixed Income Securities and Derivatives.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, reporting, and controls expertise while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, finance, risk management, capital markets, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using SQL to analyze, validate, and report on large datasets.
  • Experience creating and supporting interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets products, including Fixed Income Securities and Derivatives, and related business processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, economics, quantitative, or related discipline preferred.
