Job description

Why this role
Our go-to-market motion is outgrowing the spreadsheets holding it together. Territory carves, account tiering, and forecast hygiene all rest on one thing: whether the data in Salesforce is trustworthy. We're hiring someone to own that end to end, both the system of record and the territory design built on top of it.
This is a fast-moving company in a fast-moving category. The territory model you ship in Q1 will need to be rerun in Q2 because the ICP shifted, the team grew, or the product moved. If you want a role where the process is settled and your job is to run it, this isn't it. If you want to be the person who builds the process while the plane is in the air, keep reading.
What you'll own
  • Territory design. Build and maintain account segmentation and the territory model: sizing, balancing, carving patches so coverage is equitable and capacity matches plan. Rerun it as we add reps or shift ICP.
  • Salesforce data integrity. Account and contact hygiene, including de-dup, enrichment, firmographic accuracy, ownership rules, and the validation logic that keeps it from drifting back.
  • Reporting and analysis. The dashboards and analyses leadership uses to run the business: pipeline coverage, stage conversion by segment, rep productivity, territory performance.
  • Automating your own job. Build the agents, scripts, and workflows that handle the recurring work like data audits, enrichment, briefing prep, and reporting refreshes.
  • Swiss army work. Quota and comp support, forecast cadence, tooling evaluations, etc.
First 90 days
  • Audit current account data and deliver a prioritized cleanup plan
  • Ship a documented, defensible territory model for the next planning cycle
  • Stand up a coverage and pipeline dashboard leadership actually opens
  • Automate at least one recurring manual process end to end
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as business, finance, economics, statistics, or engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, data model, and flows
  • Genuine AI fluency: you reach for AI tooling by reflex
  • Strong Excel or Sheets expertise
  • Strong communication with reps and executives
  • Bias toward shipping something imperfect and iterating over waiting for perfect inputs
