While you will spend much of your time working from home, our outpatient office serves as a hub for collaboration and support among our team members. • Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify necessary therapeutic interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of modalities, including individual and group therapies.
• Equip clients with practical tools and strategies to manage their issues effectively, empowering them on their path to recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, referring clients to psychiatrists or other specialists to enhance their treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services in the EHR system.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with a diverse client population exhibiting a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, eating disorders, and more. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a variety of mental health issues.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
• Experience using culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic approaches to engage clients effectively.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, enabling you to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in utilizing EHR systems and related computer applications for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing patient-centered care.

The compensation for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
