• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet clients' unique needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches for diverse client groups, including families and couples.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and support clients’ mental health needs.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care.

Your work will primarily focus on delivering therapeutic support to individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges and barriers to accessing care. Your contributions will significantly impact those in the Memphis community who require tailored interventions for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, establishing rapport with diverse client bases.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technology for documentation and reporting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience working with underserved populations and addressing social determinants of health.
