Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish. This role is essential in ensuring timely and efficient restoration of properties impacted by damage, whether from water, fire, mold, or other disasters. The Restoration Project Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Manage all aspects of the restoration process including scope of work utilizing Xactimate, timeline, resource allocation, and financial management.
  • Coordinate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and lead project teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure team members are trained, properly equipped, and working in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide on-the-job support and guidance to staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates throughout the project.
  • Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Review completed work to ensure client expectations are met and project specifications are fulfilled.
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and review project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Track costs, manage billing, and process invoices related to restoration projects.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports to management, highlighting progress, costs, and any potential issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, including estimates, contracts, and change orders.
  • Provide progress reports to clients, upper management, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, timely, and stored appropriately for future reference.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are adhered to on all project sites.
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
