Our Water Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of the restoration division including, but not limited to, training, estimating, job scheduling, inventory control, invoicing, and quality standards. The Water Restoration Manager will spend the majority in the field servicing our customers and must be ASD and WRT certified.
Minimum Qualifications
  • WRT and ASD certification required
  • 2+ years of water extraction/restoration industry experience
  • Related experience and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Management and Sales experience
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to interact effectively with management, customers, and associates
  • Must be able to maintain all IICRC certifications and training that pertain to Water Restoration
  • Valid, US driver's license
  • Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
  • Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current customers
  • Communicate with key stakeholders in the projects, including insurance adjusters, real estate agents, industrial hygienists, and others
  • Serve as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrier
  • Prepare invoices for work performed
  • Perform onsite assessments of project opportunities
  • Site visit with photo documentation during the loss when site is accessible
  • Create estimates and deliver proposals to clients
