About the Role:
Arizona Restoration Contractors is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Disaster Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful reconstruction projects from start to finish while working alongside a passionate and experienced team. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all phases of restoration reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
  • Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work
  • Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
