Job description

Maleko Personnel is looking for Non-CDL drivers to join the team!

Delivery drivers will be driving to Yuma, AZ and Nogales, AZ. Over the road driving to New Mexico required once hired on (90 day probation)

Truck Driver responsibilities include:

  • Drivers must load or unload.
  • Drivers must be able to drive Manual or Automatic
  • Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.
  • Must be able to back up truck efficiently and confidently.
  • Inspection of all inventory ensuring accuracy of pick list
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
  • Safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks may be required

Minimum Qualifications for NON CDL:

  • Clean MVR. last 3 years must present records at time of interview.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Experience Driving bob tails and 26ft box truck
  • Spanish Speaker, Be able to understand
