Workers’ Compensation Attorney – Fully Remote | $100K–$220K + Quarterly Bonuses

Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading law firm to find a skilled and motivated Workers’ Compensation Attorney ready to take their career to the next level.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity ideal for attorneys with at least one year of workers’ compensation experience who are eager to grow, thrive in a structured and collaborative environment, and deliver high-impact legal representation.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are
  • Licensed in California: JD or LLM required; active CA Bar license.

  • Experienced: Minimum of 1 year in Defense Workers’ Compensation law.

  • Client-Focused & Detail-Oriented: You pride yourself on being a strong communicator with a structured, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Collaborative by Nature: Comfortable working with Legal Assistants on shared billing goals and engaging as a true team player.

  • Driven: Capable of meeting a 50–55 hour/week billable target in a supported, tech-savvy environment.
