What you will do:
    • Manage approximately 15-25 commercial rebar projects simultaneously, ranging from smaller commercial work to multi-million-dollar projects lasting up to two years. Qualified candidates with post-tension experience may also manage post-tension projects.
    • Coordinate projects from estimating handoff through fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout.
    • Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate closely with fabrication facilities, field crews, customers, general contractors, and internal departments.
    • Track project schedules, budgets, material releases, and production timelines.
    • Manage change orders, project documentation, and customer communications.
    • Conduct job site visits (approximately 20% travel within the local market) to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, and project stakeholders.
    • Identify project risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
    • Ensure projects meet company quality, safety, and customer service expectations.
What you will bring:
    • Direct experience managing reinforcing steel (rebar) and/or post-tension construction projects is required.
    • Strong understanding of rebar fabrication, detailing, scheduling, and installation processes.
    • Ability to manage multiple active projects in various stages of completion.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to work fully onsite.
    • Experience using aSa software.
     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PTI Level I or Level II Certification (Level II preferred).
    • Experience reviewing plans using Bluebeam.
    • ERP experience (BisTrack or similar).
    • Experience working with reinforcing steel fabricators, post-tension suppliers, or specialty concrete contractors.
