What you will do:-
- Manage approximately 15-25 commercial rebar projects simultaneously, ranging from smaller commercial work to multi-million-dollar projects lasting up to two years. Qualified candidates with post-tension experience may also manage post-tension projects.
- Coordinate projects from estimating handoff through fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate closely with fabrication facilities, field crews, customers, general contractors, and internal departments.
- Track project schedules, budgets, material releases, and production timelines.
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and customer communications.
- Conduct job site visits (approximately 20% travel within the local market) to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, and project stakeholders.
- Identify project risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure projects meet company quality, safety, and customer service expectations.

- Direct experience managing reinforcing steel (rebar) and/or post-tension construction projects is required.
- Strong understanding of rebar fabrication, detailing, scheduling, and installation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects in various stages of completion.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
