Make a Real Impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Join our team and help individuals with developmental disabilities live a better quality of life! Work hands-on, implement ABA-based plans, and see the difference you make every day.

Implement personalized ABA intervention plans under BCBA guidance 

  • Conduct therapy sessions as directed by the BCBA.

  • Use behavior intervention strategies to re-engage the client when they become dysregulated.

Support skill development and daily living activities 

  • Prompt and guide the client through functional skills, communication, and self-care.

  • Encourage participation and independence while maintaining engagement.

Track progress and celebrate client milestones 

  • Collect data on target behaviors, skill acquisition, and incidents of challenging behavior.

  • Recognize small successes to build rapport and motivation.

Maintain accurate session notes and data collection

To qualify for the $500 bonus, applicants must:

  • Hold an active, verifiable RBT certification prior to hire and maintain active RBT status.

  • Have EBSH experience OR behavioral health experience

  • Be a new hire (no rehires within the last 12 months)

  • Be hired into an RBT or RBT Lead role at one of our program locations

  • Successful completion of 120 continuous days of employment; satisfactory performance with no disciplinary action
