WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • The Genesis Senior Manager, Incentives and Competitive Analysis, supports the strategic development and execution of all national GMA (Genesis Motor America) incentive programs, Market Support Programs (MSP), and lease loyalty/retention strategy for Genesis vehicles available for purchase in the U.S., including mid-month adjustments as needed.
  • This position is responsible for ensuring above programs stay within target budgets through thorough forecasting and analysis on a monthly level.
  • The Senior Manager also leads cross-functional task forces (e.g., Lease Loyalty Retention) spanning Sales Ops, Field Ops, Marketing, HCA, and Aftersales, and champions the adoption of AI and automation tools to advance team productivity, reporting accuracy, and competitive analysis efficiency.
  • This individual oversees the team responsible for incentive systems operations, retailer and field communications, and the Genesis.com special offers website. 
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Lead U.S. Genesis lease and finance programs, including monthly execution and mid-month adjustments.
  • Manage MSPs end-to-end: proposals, approvals, finance alignment, reconciliation, and amendments.
  • Drive lease loyalty/retention strategy; lead cross-functional task forces and share dealer best practices with executives.
  • Develop midterm (MTP) and long-range (LRSP) incentive plans for current and future models.
  • Support new vehicle launches as incentives SME; design competitive offers.
  • Own national incentives budget, PNVS, forecasting (3+9/4+8), and financial alignment.
  • Evaluate program cost, ROI, elasticity, and payback; deliver insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee reconciliation, variance analysis, and claims to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Track competitor programs and third-party data (e.g., J.D. Power PIN); recommend countermeasures.
  • Present executive updates on strategy, budget, and competitive landscape.
  • Implement AI/automation to enhance reporting, analytics, and productivity.Manage SAP incentive operations and ensure month-end readiness with IT.
  • Oversee affinity programs, retailer communications, and Genesis.com offers.
  • Maintain Incentive Guide/Playbook and lead dealer training support.
  • Coordinate pricing strategy (RMAP, Hyundai Circle, company cars) with Sales Planning.
  • Standardize governance processes and support cross-functional initiatives (Marketing, CRM, Field Ops).
  • Lead and develop incentives team; own MSP governance and strategic decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's Degree a plus.
  • Eight or more years of Sales Operations and/or region experience required.
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience required.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tools applied to reporting, competitive analysis, and process improvement required.
  • Proven executive presentation experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to VP- and SVP-level audiences required.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to lead initiatives spanning multiple functions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Automotive OEM or auto finance company experience preferred.
  • Experience with incentive program management, financial governance of marketing/sales spend, or budget management at a national OEM/captive level preferred.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $114,800 - $164,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
