  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as adhere to professional best practices and ethical standards in physical therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and conditions impacting movement and function. You will engage with diverse patient demographics, including those with acute injury rehabilitation needs and chronic conditions requiring long-term management. Your role will be pivotal in achieving tangible improvements in their physical abilities and active involvement in their own recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills suitable for interacting with both patients and healthcare team members.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including continuing education opportunities.
Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor’s Degree is required, candidates with a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are highly encouraged to apply, providing you with a comprehensive foundation for specialized orthopedic cases. Previous experience working within a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population will be considered a strong asset. Experience in collaborative environments and familiarity with electronic documentation systems is preferred.
