In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the physical recovery and quality of life for our clients in our rehabilitation center. This role is based onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies. You will have access to advanced modalities and tools that aid in executing personalized therapy plans, ensuring that every client receives high-quality care tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, establishing baseline measurements and identifying treatment objectives.
• Design, implement, and manage individualized therapy programs that focus on improving strength, mobility, and functional independence, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and adherence to goals.
• Work in concert with other healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Guide patients and their families through prescribed home exercise programs and educate them on strategies to enhance health and prevent injuries.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, along with other treatment modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to address specific physical impairments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes, in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

The focus of our services includes a diverse patient population with various orthopedic needs. You will specifically work with clients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions impacting their musculoskeletal health. Our patients often require extensive rehabilitation and support, making your role vital in guiding them through their recovery journey.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or directly working with geriatric patients is highly desirable.
• Prior experience implementing specialized orthopedic treatment techniques and rehabilitation strategies.
• A proven track record of collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
