Job description

Position: Systems Analyst
Position Type: Direct hire
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000
Location: Claremore, OK
Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various platforms which the company utilizes in day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, ERP, Engineering (CAD & CMM), Access Control, and Microsoft Office. In addition to serving as SME for the company’s application needs, the Systems Analyst will also serve as Tier 1 support on the Help Desk alongside other IT Team Members.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Application Support, Documentation, and Software Updates.
  • Provide remote and in-person technical assistance to both Professional and Production Staff.
  • Work with software vendors to ensure accurate functionality, licensing, etc. as well as implement enhanced features and reporting.
  • Assist in day-to-day support needs throughout the company.

Job Function Breakdown:

Help Desk – 50%
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in Computer Science/IT preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk or equivalent role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Office, 365 Administration, Epicor.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work after-hours on occasion for any support or implementation needs.
