We are seeking a detail-oriented and Excel-proficient Tax Credit Administrator to support the processing of federal and state tax credits. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with growth potential into a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process tax credit programs including WOTC, R&D, and ERC
  • Use advanced Excel for data analysis, formulas, and reporting
  • Review payroll data and support client/vendor communications
  • Coordinate multiple projects with precision and timeliness
  • Follow structured, compliance-driven processes
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Background in transactional accounting, finance, or AP/AR
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with payroll systems and business communications
Preferred:
  • Experience with tax credits (WOTC, R&D, ERC)
  • Background in client/vendor management or sales
  • Leadership potential or interest in team management
