What You’ll Do


Lead, Build & Inspire

  • Lead and grow a global team of Electrical Engineers, Designers, and Team Leads.
  • Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Expand team capabilities by strategically leveraging third-party engineering partners.
  • Align global teams under clear priorities while supporting regional execution needs.

Drive Technical Excellence

  • Oversee the design and execution of complex electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, instrumentation, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, reviewing and refining designs for safety, scalability, and manufacturability.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align engineering execution with project milestones and customer expectations.

Elevate Quality & Innovation

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering quality, reduce rework, and improve delivery predictability.
  • Standardize electrical architectures, design practices, and engineering workflows across a global footprint.
  • Build and maintain robust engineering standards, libraries, and reference designs.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Service teams to optimize designs for real-world performance and reliability.

Shape Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with Project Management, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, and other functions to deliver competitive, cutting-edge solutions.
  • Manage and evolve relationships with external engineering partners to maximize capacity and quality.
  • Help define and execute the long-term electrical engineering strategy to support ABEC’s growth and scalability.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Proven success leading engineering teams in complex, project-based environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and the confidence to guide design decisions.
  • Experience delivering engineered systems in industrial, regulated, or high-performance environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and global teams.
  • Experience with power distribution, controls, instrumentation, or industrial equipment design.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and external partners is a plus.
