Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum or Project Manager with a strong background in financial services to lead cross-functional initiatives that support investment operations, technology delivery, and enterprise transformation. This role will manage Agile or hybrid project environments, partner with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across technology, investment, and operational teams

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) when operating in Agile environments

  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication

  • Coordinate across portfolio managers, analysts, operations, compliance, and IT teams

  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps

  • Track and report progress, KPIs, and project health metrics to leadership

  • Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution

  • Support change management, adoption, and training for new systems or processes

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, audit, and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum leadership

  • Prior experience in financial services, asset management, investment management, or banking environments

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
