As aProject Managerat ITC Construction, you will be responsible forand has full control over the assigned project budget, schedule, quality and human resource requirements under the direction of the Project Director. The Project Manager has adequate authority and will be assigned resources to achieve the objectives established within the ITC Project Management function.


What You Will Do

  • Working in conjunction with the Manager Preconstruction Services, the Project Manager will be responsible for preparing and/or overseeing the preparation of the Control Budget.
  • The Project Manager may be involved in the Contract Negotiation phase including attending meetings as requested by the Director of Business Development, preparation of written and telephone communications with Owner, Architect and Consultants from concept design through to contract signing.
  • Preparation of Letters of Intent for Trades on Construction Management Projects as per standard ITC Contract preparation procedure.
  • Consult with Contracts Manager to ensure proper templates of Letters of Intent and Schedules are being used on Construction Management Projects.
  • Day to day management, monitoring and correction of project construction to ensure compliance with the Master Schedule, Control Budget and Contract Documents in accordance with the duties outlined herein.
  • Receipt, logging and distribution of drawings, specifications, shop drawings, colour schedules, contemplated change orders, change orders, site instructions, consultant reports, concrete tests and material tests, inspection reports and RFI's (requests for information), in accordance with standard procedures.


    This role could be for you if you have

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, or related field preferred.
    • 6-8 years of experience is preferred in the construction field, preferably on high rise residential projects.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and project management software (e.g., Procore, SharePoint)
    • Ability to handle complex documentation and maintain accuracy in project tracking.
