This role manages the roadmap, ensures accountability for deliverables, and drives alignment across cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, and technology. The position focuses on establishing clear milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with firm priorities. The role exercises discretion and independent judgment in managing complex initiatives, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and manage the go-to-market project roadmap, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and priorities.

  • Establish clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders.

  • Drive execution of go-to-market initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

  • Identifyrisks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments.

  • Standardize project management processes and best practices across initiatives.
