The Opportunity
As an Oracle PMO - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale Oracle implementation projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle solutions. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will focus on optimizing operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role at PwC, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and share alternative perspectives. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure through challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading large-scale Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects and coordinating resources to achieve project objectives
- Developing project plans and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of Oracle solutions
- Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project scope and align objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business case development to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic goals
- Managing stakeholder engagement and communications to build and maintain relationships with key business and technology leaders
- Overseeing program management activities, including program scope management, status reporting, and capacity building
- Directing cross-functional team coordination to enhance project integration and delivery
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within Oracle program management
- Initiating coaching conversations and providing feedback to develop high-performing teams and drive continuous process improvement
