Job description

The Customer Success Manager / Project Manager is the primary partner to our customers. You will guide onboarding, shape workflows that fit real operations, and ensure programs deliver measurable impact for patients and care teams. The work blends customer engagement, project delivery, process design, and insight generation.

Job Duties

  • Own customer relationships as primary point of contact

  • Lead onboarding and enablement to drive adoption and value

  • Align workflows and configurations to customer goals and best practices

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, engineering, and operations

  • Run standing meetings, track actions, and keep stakeholders updated

  • Monitor account health, surface risks early, and resolve issues quickly

  • Deliver concise reporting and insights that inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes

  • Manage risks, issues, and changes with clear ownership and follow-through

  • Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and training resources

  • Oversee customer-facing logistics and materials as needed to support delivery

  • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and feed pipeline insights to leadership

  • Capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; master’s degree a plus

  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or project management with end-to-end delivery

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects; PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred

  • Experience creating SOPs, manuals, and training programs

  • Comfortable with technology and supporting customers adopting new tools

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and systems (EHRs, practice management, billing, value-based care, CCM, and payer or case management programs preferred)

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday and CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Knowledge of privacy and security standards with a commitment to HIPAA compliance
