The Manager, Project and Program Management will support the Intela Functional Team in planning and preparing for Intela deployment, facilitating testing of new releases, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through clear verbal and written correspondence
• Support in Business User Testing with each new release
• Attend and participate in Business Alignment and Discovery Walkthrough calls to ensure new functionality meets stakeholders needs and to understand upcoming new functionality
• Understand various tax processes and how Intela can be used across geographies and offerings
• Prepare engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations to support internal and stakeholder meetings
• Utilize Microsoft Office and related technologies to enhance productivity and support team initiatives
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables
• Prepare and provide demos for each new release and for ad-hoc requests from geographies
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors Degree.
• Deep understanding of tax-related processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and design professional PowerPoint decks
