Summit Search Group has been retained by our client to recruit their next Project Manager, a results-driven leader with proven experience in custom home construction. This individual will oversee projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with precision and accountability.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of custom residential builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-performance role with bonus incentives tied to project success, ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Our client is an integrated design-build firm, self-performing key trades such as concrete and framing. With a focus on craftsmanship, transparency, and client satisfaction, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-end custom homes throughout the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and proactive communication
  • Create and manage detailed project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Develop and adjust project schedules, ensuring optimal sequencing of all trades and suppliers
  • Lead all phases of construction from pre-construction through final delivery
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
  • Maintain strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
