Summary

Responsible for leading the Business Analyst and Project Management functions within Kite Realty Group (KRG). This position interacts with internal customers and external vendors to identify and propose solutions for accomplishing business objectives. Work closely with project team members to establish project needs, deadlines, and budgets where applicable and adhere to PMO standards. Accountable to delegate tasks among project team members. This role contributes to the organization’s overall success by supporting the current and future tool sets deployed within the KRG business areas. These include but are not limited to the following: Microsoft Suite of products, MRI, Salesforce, Argus, Informatica, DocuSign, and VersaPay.  Seeks to advance the overall state of company’s enterprise objectives to ensure KRG operates efficiently and competitively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and operational planning in alignment with company objectives and goals 
  • Serve as a focal point for capture, analysis and management of functional and nonfunctional systems requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with the IT team to establish sprint backlogs, resolve impediments and provide direction on scope of work
  • Lead and facilitate backlog refinement to ensure work items are clearly defined and ready for implementation
  • Assist in coordination of resources, responsibilities, and daily operations to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Delegating tasks on projects to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules, targets, or financing for the project on the project as needed
  • Defining success metrics based on overall business objectives.
  • Reporting project performance status.
  • Assist with document current business processes along with associated system integrations.
    • Document technical specifications to support integrations between systems with input from other members of the IT organization.
    • Provide guidance and solutions to business partners based on current platform enhancements.
  • Assist with any transitions of IT software platforms, or services as necessary.
