We are seeking a Manager of Project Management who is passionate about masterfully managing cross-functional stakeholders and balancing project scope and timelines. What You'll Do:

  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to teams, peers, and direct reports

  • Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals

  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery

  • Leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure project execution aligns with business intent

  • Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project customers and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery

  • Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company

  • Quickly implement clear frameworks and organization to effectively manage work within complex workstreams

  • Lead with a coaching mindset to mentor, develop, and grow a team of associates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • At least 6 years of Project Management experience

  • At least 2 years of Jira experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience

  • 1+ year of people management experience

  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

  • Previous Chief of Staff experience

  • Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity

New York, NY: $165,700 - $189,200 for Manager, Project Management


Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
