Job description

New Tech Global is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager on a Direct Hire basis in the Houston area.
This role willlead planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting for large-scale marine and offshore construction projects. This role will partner closely with engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and project leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
10+ years of project controls, cost controls, or project management experience supporting EPC, marine, offshore, or industrial projects
Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and earned value management (EVM)
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
Experience managing integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities
Strong understanding of change management, progress measurement, KPI reporting, and project performance analysis
Knowledge of offshore or marine construction operations is highly preferred
